Therapeutic Exercise
Guided strengthening, stretching, and mobility exercises to rebuild function and help prevent re-injury.
Brooklyn & Queens Village
Rebuild strength, flexibility, and mobility after a car accident, work injury, other injury, or surgery, with licensed physical therapists working alongside your chiropractor and specialists in one office.
Physical therapy focuses on rebuilding strength, flexibility, and mobility after an injury. Our licensed physical therapists work alongside your chiropractor to design a treatment plan specific to your injury and recovery goals.
Where chiropractic care restores alignment and joint movement, physical therapy builds the strength and control that keep you moving well, so the two work best together. If you've had surgery, physical therapy is a key part of getting back to full function.

Your therapist chooses treatments based on your injury, your evaluation, and how you're progressing.
Guided strengthening, stretching, and mobility exercises to rebuild function and help prevent re-injury.
Hands-on soft tissue and joint techniques to reduce stiffness, ease muscle tension, and improve movement.
Therapeutic modalities used alongside exercise to help manage pain and muscle spasm.
Hot and cold therapy for pain and inflammation, and traction to help relieve pressure on the spine.
If you've had surgery, such as shoulder or knee arthroscopy with our partnering orthopedic surgeons, physical therapy helps you safely regain strength, range of motion, and confidence in everyday movement.
Your therapist works with your orthopedic provider's post-op evaluations, so your rehab plan matches where you are in your recovery.

If you're already seeing our chiropractor, orthopedic provider, or pain management provider, they can refer you to physical therapy as part of your plan.
